Through the Platform, Event Goa provides information related to events organized by third-party entities, including dates, venues, ticket pricing, and other event-related details, and facilitates the sale of tickets to such events.

2. User Agreement

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C and our Privacy Policy.
• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent to use the Platform.
• You will provide accurate and complete information during the registration and ticket purchasing processes.

3. Event Information and Ticket Purchase

Event Goa strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding events. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information. Event details, including dates, venues, and ticket prices, are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify the latest information before making a purchase.

When you purchase a ticket through the Platform, you are entering into a contract with Event Goa for the facilitation of the ticket sale. Any issues or grievances related to the ticket purchase should be directed to Event Goa.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Event Goa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 6. Limitation of Liability

Event Goa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or the purchase of tickets through the Platform. We do not guarantee the availability or quality of any events listed on the Platform.

Event Goa reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of these T&C without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
