‘Confirm Attendance’ takes you straight to your WhatsApp. You simply need to fill your name and number of persons attending the event. It would instantly reach the organiser. ‘Google Form’ is a more elaborate feature with multiple choices for answers etc. The organiser may choose one of the features, as per their requirement.

Calendar is the most important feature of EventGoa. That’s why it is titled as ‘Book Your Date’. Once the event is planned, the organiser should immediately post its basic details like Date, Time, Venue etc, even if other details are not finalised. This would help in blocking the date for the event. Rest of the details can be updated later.

Also, if all such events are immediately listed, the organiser can choose a proper date and time that would not clash with similar programmes on the same day.

In addition, the general viewer would also get an idea of how many and which events are planned on a particular date. These events could be viewed by clicking on the date.
